We find it very convenient that our large and complex metropolitan plant uses the same software as our simple end loader plants.
We installed our first batching system from Equinox in 1998 and now all our automated batch plants use Equinox Software.

Having common software enables us to easily move batchers between plants when necessary. The combination of Equinox batching at the plant and CommandConcrete in the office works well for us.

We especially like having full control of our remote quarry weighbridge from our in town office.
The Equinox Quarry management software was installed at our weighbridge and office in February 2013. It has fulfilled all our requirements since day one.
We especially like having full control of our remote quarry weighbridge from our in town office. Weighbridge transactions are received at the office before the truck gets out the gate and we can update customer and delivery details directly at any time.
Communication costs between the office and weighbridge only cost us $10 / month. The truck drivers find the system easy to use and we require no office staff at the quarry. Very efficient for getting our invoices out to customers in a timely manner. The system is brilliant and the backup service is second to none.
